Regular salt sessions are truly helping me to breathe better! I work outdoors frequently and am surrounded by allergens. My inhales have become deeper and I'm able to lengthen my exhales much further that when I started! I feel as if I'm breathing easier."
This is a big part of my self care during the week. The first time I came, just being in the room, I felt really good compared to how I came in. After the 3rd day, I was able to sleep laying flat instead of propped up so I could breathe! It really helped me get through a heavy pollen season.
As an avid runner and athlete my body takes a beating, and I need to help it recover. I look forward to the benefits it can provide from a mental relaxation standpoint, as well as the benefits to my physical health and breathing so I can train harder.
Health & Nutrition Coach
The next morning I woke up with no headache; I was not stopped up, clogged up, and I had a noticeable difference in my breathing. In fact I monitor my Oxygen levels and it went up a couple clicks! It makes a difference and I'm going to come back as much as I can!
I've been fighting a cough for weeks and my allergies have been driving me crazy! After one salt session, I can already tell my airways are more open!
I am so thrilled with my results regarding my asthma! I have been involved with a totally holistic approach to my health for 30 years and I can say definitively that Halotherapy is helping me! I look forward to my weekly sessions because I always feel so energized afterwards!
I have personally known about the properties of salt and its healing effects, so this is perfect for relaxing after work and very therapeutic for my health.

It is a very unique experience that will both calm and energize you. Your skin, sinuses, and everything else will feel clean and refreshed. I loved it!
The experience for me and my family was wonderful! We're going to have to figure out how to come more often!
10/10! Very relaxing!!!
I really think it helps my asthma and allergies, plus it's beautiful way to spend 45 minutes!
It's a great way for me to zone out and practice my breathing protocol and meditation.
Going into the cave was very nice, very relaxing. I loved being in the salt; I sat on the floor and felt so comfortable. I'm one of the adults with ADHD and it's just not easy for me to sit still. But I closed my eyes and just listened to the machine pushing out the salt air, which was great for me, and I think that's what took me into that super relaxation mode, and that was awesome! I could feel the drop in stress and I was just there in calm mode.
I found myself in a suspended state of comfort with a slight smile on my face...I left feeling energized with a peaceful boost of wellness and joy for the rest of the day.
An amazing experience. Extremely relaxing and it opens you up so completely if you are congested from sinuses. Absolutely love the experience and staff. Highly recommend this.
Unlike anything I’ve ever experienced...It’s so good. Every detail is so thoughtfully arranged to make the experience relaxing. Absolutely gorgeous, posh yet comfortable. Finally, the cave. I can’t say enough good things. It’s like being in a heart/womb. The salt crystals neutralize whatever energy you carry with you in the space. And then it’s like you’re breathing ocean air. So healing and restorative.
My first visit to the Lexington Salt Cave with a friend was a lovely respite from the August heat. Even before entering the cave, we felt relaxed and welcomed. We were offered water, a place to stash our shoes, etc. Once in the cave, we experienced a deeply calming and soothing experience. It was easy to fall immediately into that space between sleep and relaxation - in other words, a deep relaxation much like Shavasana! I noticed how well I slept for a few nights after my session. We are very much looking forward to our next visit!
Amazing, relaxing, beautiful space. Good for the soul and the lungs! Lara is a lovely host. So many cool opportunities too. I did a halotherapy session and a salty yoga class. Loved them both. Will definitely be returning.
