GENTLE SALTY YOGA - led by Dindy Yokel from Centered Holistic Health. No experience with yoga is needed. This is a gentle, relaxing practice designed to calm the nervous system and allow the body and mind relax deeply. We practice INSIDE the cave and receive the benefits of Halotherapy along with the yoga! Practice includes gentle movement and embodiment followed by yoga nidra meditation. Space is currently limited to 5 participants! Bring your own water container, mat, blankets, or props!

SOUND BATH with Ronnie Brown of Continuum Sound Healing
A sound bath is a meditative experience where participants experience both the sound wave vibration and auditory properties to achieve a relaxed state. These waves will be produced by various sources, including healing instruments such as Gongs, Singing Bowls, Sitar, Chimes, Percussion and the Handpan. Ronnie Brown is a musician, artist, and Sound Healing Practitioner in the Lexington Kentucky area. He is currently continuing his study with the teachings of Gong Dharma.

The sound session will begin with a guided relaxation through the 7 physical body chakras and then we will Gong travel through the five ethereal chakras. Please bring a blanket, water, eye pillow/mask (optional) to help you get fully comfortable. Limited to 8.

Erin offers gentle acoustic guitar with voice accompaniment (guest vocalization is encouraged but not required) and guided meditation, lulling you into a highly relaxed state, while you enjoy the beauty and health benefits of Halotherapy in the salt cave! Licensed therapist Erin holds a Master's degree in Music Therapy.

FULL MOON SOULBODY SOUND HEALING
This very special and popular event is held monthly near the Full Moon - Reiki Master, Eleanor Mila utilizes multiple techniques to bring you on a hypnotic healing journey. This class incorporates shamanic journeying, hypnotherapy, reiki, and sound healing using Ella's gorgeous crystal singing bowls.
You will be invited to follow along your inner child/shadow while rewiring anything that is meant to come up for you. You will be guided by Eleanor and the crystal sound bath.
